What you’re applying for

The general manager at Cleandae oversees one the larger home cleaning companies in the Houston market.

As general manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of the daily business and operations. Customer satisfaction should be your driving motivation, but you should also be able to utilize P&L statements and other technologies to manage and exceed business goals. You'll be responsible for sourcing, hiring, coaching and motivating employees while providing a safe and welcoming work environment.

What we can offer

We pay above average in the Houston market for this position. We reward performance and have opportunity for advancement.

Earn $22 - $25 an hour ($45,000 - $52,000 per year)

In this role you’ll

You will report to the owner. Together, you'll help set goals and initiatives to make Cleandae the premier home cleaning company in the Houston market.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of Cleandae by providing leadership to our team through coaching and hands-on training. As general manager you will also lead areas of the business (customer experience, cleaning quality, scheduling, driver safety, and facility maintenance) through organization of systems and processes that direct and drive results that achieve the organization's goals.

What you’ll need

Native/bilingual in Spanish
Excellent English communication, written and verbal
Great attitude - professional and positive
Goal oriented and self starter
Desire to lead, train and develop people
Desire excellence in quality and customer service
Problem solver
Available Monday through Friday 7:00 am- 5:00pm.
