What to expect

Your Cleandae cleaning team will arrive during the time window on your account, and will bring all the supplies needed to deliver a professional home cleaning. They will leave after completing the cleaning checklist for your home, and you’ll be billed electronically within 24 hours.

Ready your home

You get the most value for your dollar when we focus on cleaning your home – instead of getting it ready for cleaning. You can help make this happen by putting things in their place. Toys left out, mail and paper on the counter, and shoes and clothing on the floors are examples of things to put away before we arrive . The less clutter we have to work around or move, means more time we have to clean your home. If you need help with simple organizing, picking up, or decluttering before we clean, we can do that with our hourly rate option for your home cleaning.

Your pets

We're pet friendly and can clean with your pets in the home. It is best to secure your pet if they don’t like strangers in their home or can be aggressive. This allows the cleaning team to focus on cleaning your home efficiently and also reduces your pet’s fear about other people in their home.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be home for my cleaning visit?

No you don't. 75% of Cleandae customers are not home when we clean. They'll leave a key in a secret place or give us a code to unlock the door. After we clean, we lock up as instructed.Of course, if you want to be home to let the team in that is possible too. Just let us know what works best for you and we'll make it happen.

How long will it take to clean my home?

What if I need to reschedule?

That's no problem at all. Just let us know by 4 PM the day before your visit and we can make it happen. We don’t like to charge fees, but if you need to cancel after 4 PM the day before your visit, you can do so with the $40 late cancellation fee.
